Sutil keeps options open Sutil keeps options open
30/07/2010

Adrian Sutil says his options remain open for the 2011 F1 season, although the German says he would be happy to remain with Force India again next year.

Sutil has raced for the team – in its various guises – since making his debut in the sport but is widely regarded as a driver with the talent to do a job for one of the top tens on the grids.

With the likes of Red Bull and McLaren having already confirmed their line-ups for next year, the possible options available for 2011 are slim – although Renault could still have a vacancy if Vitaly Petrov was replaced at the end of the year.

Despite those limited opportunities elsewhere, Sutil said he was keeping his options open for next year although he would be happy to stay with his current team.

“Yeah my options are still open,” he said. “I have got an option with this team here again, but we will see what’s going on.

“At the moment, I don’t see any other team, so I would be happy to stay here another year.

“Hopefully my team is happy to continue with my work as well.”
